API Gateway Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled API Gateway Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable API gateways that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement API gateways using KONG API Management platform
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to support large number of API publishing
  • Configure and troubleshoot API Gateway infrastructure in on-prem and cloud environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and develop solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient in Python programming language
  • At least 2 years of experience with cloud technologies, virtualization platforms, and containers such as Docker, AKS, EKS, etc.
  • Experience with KONG API Gateway Management Platform
  • Strong understanding of continuous integration/delivery practices and other DevOps concepts
  • Familiar with Agile software development model
