Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Associate to join our team. As a key member of our research vertical, you will be responsible for managing and scaling a best-in-class research team responsible for owning the updates process for multiple regions globally.

Your primary focus will be on research and knowledge management, delivering high-quality updates while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will also be responsible for quality guardianship, regularly reviewing updates executed by your team and identifying any quality issues.

In addition, you will actively support the hiring of research analysts to meet headcount and content targets, as well as train, develop, and motivate team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.

You will work closely with the DMG Team Lead and other stakeholders to continuously identify and own improvement opportunities, executing data improvement initiatives that drive business value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a mid-level role for a shared services/competence centre
  • Previous experience and affinity with the PE & VC market is a plus
  • Strong interest in the financial/professional services industry
  • Successfully managed a team size of ~10 or more FTEs
  • World-class communication skills and bias to action
