Smart Buildings Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive meaningful impact in real estate, healthcare, and smart city ecosystems.
As a Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our clients understand how our digital twin and AI solutions can solve their challenges and create value. You will be responsible for delivering compelling demos, solution designs, and consultative guidance to our clients.
Your core focus will be managing the RFP/RFI response process, reading and interpreting client requirements, ensuring compliance, and preparing compelling proposals aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities- RFP & Proposal Management
- Carefully read and interpret RFPs/RFIs to understand client requirements.
- Map our product features and solutions against compliance matrices.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product) to gather inputs for proposals.
- Ensure proposals are customized, compliant, and submitted within deadlines.
- Partner with the sales team to qualify opportunities and understand client needs.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts that showcase the value of our solutions.
- Translate business requirements into tailored solution proposals and RFP responses.
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise with AI tools, IoT integration, and digital twin capabilities.
- Use basic coding skills for understanding our products and to create solution prototypes and integrations.
- Act as a trusted advisor by explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align solutions with client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends in facility management, IoT, AI, and smart building technologies.
- Gather feedback from prospects and clients to influence product improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- 12 years in Presales, Solution Consulting, or related field.
- Exposure to facility management systems, IoT, or digital twin solutions is a strong advantage.
- Strong experience in RFP/RFI response, compliance analysis, and proposal preparation.
- Ability to write clear, structured, and persuasive proposals.
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or other AI platforms).
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts.
- Basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) for demos and integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and APIs.
