The CALM Mind Empowerment Therapy is dedicated to assisting professionals in removing work-related anxiety using a unique approach.

This innovative method combines NLP, CBT, and EMDR techniques without the need for medications. Our mission is to empower individuals to make informed decisions, achieve peak performance, and live stress-free lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage potential clients through informative and empathetic video consultations, guiding them on their journey to mental wellness.

2. Manage a schedule to handle approximately 100 calls per month from inbound leads.

3. Complete daily tasks from Monday to Saturday.

4. Communicate through Slack during working hours daily.

5. Establish trust and empathy with potential clients through meaningful conversations.

6. Ensure only enrolling clients who are a great fit, following through on commitments.

7. Lead prospects to the best decision for their mental wellness, even if it challenges their comfort zone.

8. Stay aware of your performance metrics, understanding both successes and areas needing improvement.

9. Keep accurate records of interactions and activities within the CRM system.
