Job Description:

As a Backend Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing production-ready AI systems that power applications across healthcare and fintech.

Our software enables customers to comprehensively analyze their data, providing insights that were previously inaccessible. We are building Generative AI-native solutions that empower organizations to leverage their data for solving critical issues.

Collaborating with our team of experts, you will be responsible for implementing machine learning algorithms, ensuring efficient performance, and integrating user-facing elements. Your strong software engineering fundamentals combined with applied machine learning expertise will drive the success of our projects.

  • We seek a skilled engineer with hands-on experience in backend development, focusing on building scalable, distributed systems.
  • Strong programming skills in MERN, Python, Golang, and familiarity with PostgreSQL and NoSQL/MongoDB.
  • Experience with MLOps & Infrastructure: Knowledge of MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Cloud & Infra: Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure AI.
  • Versioning & Collaboration: Git, GitHub/GitLab, code reviews, unit testing.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Data Science, AI/ML. They will possess a strong ownership and problem-solving mindset, with adaptability and curiosity driving them to push Generative AI into real-world adoption.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other popular ML frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and version control tools (Git).
