Key Responsibilities:

  • Create efficient and maintainable backend systems using Golang, Python, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Work with front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Write clean code adhering to best practices, optimize system performance, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs for integrations and data management.
  • Design databases for optimal data flow and integrity.
  • Integrate AI tools for automation, analytics, and intelligent features.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Maintain system security and data protection in compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in backend development using Golang, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong expertise in system design for scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative coding practices.
  • Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of multithreading and concurrency.
  • Interest in AI technologies for automation and decision support.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in a collaborative setup.
