Job Overview

The system lead is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of applications. This includes collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, managing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously assess and improve application development processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other platforms and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
  • 15 years full time education.
