We are seeking a seasoned Finance Tester with expertise in insurance finance systems and cash management to support a large-scale transformation program.
The role involves validating end-to-end financial processes, focusing on penny testing, subledger reconciliation, and cash lifecycle testing.
- We require the ability to develop and execute test cases for insurance-specific finance processes, including:
- Penny Testing: Validating transactions down to the pence/cent level.
- Subledger Reconciliation: Verifying postings from policy admin, claims, and reinsurance systems.
- Bank Statement Matching: Ensuring correct cash allocation to policies, claims, and premiums.
- Treasury Payments: Testing outward payments, credit control, and cash application.
You'll work closely with finance, actuarial, and technology teams to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with industry standards throughout the program.
Key Responsibilities
