Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation by designing and engineering automation solutions that bring significant value to the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant software development experience, a strong understanding of coding best practices, and exceptional problem-solving skills. To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, as well as a minimum of 4 years of full-time development experience in various programming languages. Experience with relational databases, integrations development, and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.

A Level 2 or higher Appian credential is required, along with previous experience in operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word, are also necessary.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage software development expertise to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Evaluate business processes and design solutions that meet technical requirements
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support to stakeholders
