Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless credit operations.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and support in maintaining high-quality portfolios by analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to facilitate collection follow-ups on overdue cases, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing losses.
  • Analyze and maintain management information systems (MIS) data for review, providing insights into credit performance and portfolio growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with partners through regular office visits, fostering trust and alignment with organizational processes.
  • Support internal teams in partner-related activities as required, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in credit/partner management.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder handling skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS systems, with a proven track record of analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
