Cyber Security Lead Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security professional to lead our security efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective security measures to protect our IT infrastructure and data from cyber threats.

The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in Cyber Security, with a deep understanding of complex network and endpoint security principles and concepts. They should also possess excellent technical skills relevant to Information Security, such as SIEM, IDAM, PIM/PAM, Breach Attack Simulation, and Microsegmentation.

  • Leverage existing cybersecurity tools and identify open-source tools to discover threat agent actions.
  • Design and implement a security incident response process.
  • Act as the primary control point during significant information security incidents.
  • Identify potential threats and mitigation strategies.
  • Implement an effective communication channel across teams.
  • Detect and respond to cyber security threats.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree specializing in Information Security, Computer Science, or relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical, technical research, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Available to work on-call whenever required.
