Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Secretarial Compliance Specialist to support our Company Secretarial Team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in share transfer, shareholder communication, coordination with RTA (Share Registrar & Transfer Agent), and filing forms with the MCA (Registrar of Companies). The candidate should also be proficient in handling clerical and file work, maintaining statutory registers and records, and providing information to auditors and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will handle various tasks including processing and documentation for share transfers, responding to shareholder calls and queries, corresponding with shareholders and coordinating with the RTA (Share Registrar & Transfer Agent), and filing various forms with MCA (ROC) in compliance with statutory requirements. Additionally, they will manage all clerical tasks related to the Company Secretarial Team, including maintaining files and records.
The role requires strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. A graduate degree in accounts and finance or semi-qualified CS with 3-4 years of relevant experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle share transfers, including processing and documentation.
- Respond to shareholder calls and queries, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Correspond with shareholders and coordinate with the RTA (Share Registrar & Transfer Agent).
- Filing various forms with MCA (ROC) in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage all clerical tasks related to the Company Secretarial Team, including maintaining files and records.
- Provide necessary information and documentation to auditors and other parties as required.
- Maintain statutory registers and other records for the CS Team.
We require candidates with the following qualifications:
- A graduate degree in accounts and finance or semi-qualified CS.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in a listed company or a renowned company.
- Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Estimated Salary: ₹5-6 Lacs per annum
