Production Planning Strategist

As a vital member of our Production Planning – Calcination team, this role is focused on optimizing raw material blending and production planning across operations, with a strong emphasis on cost efficiency, quality control, and AI-driven analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage blend schedules for pet coke feedstock to ensure optimal results.
  • Track GPC inventories and CPC production rates; guarantee alignment with shipment schedules to minimize delays.
  • Evaluate sourcing options and logistics to reduce costs while meeting CPC quality specifications.
  • Implement business models using AI tools and Linear Programming (LP) for predictive planning to maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Technical Services, and Operations teams globally to achieve common goals.
  • Process SAP transactions and generate reports on production, inventory, and KPIs to inform strategic decisions.

  • Utilizing AI for smarter planning and cost management.
  • Integrating global operations for seamless production and delivery.
