Job Description

As a Senior Software Development Manager, you will lead and manage a team of software developers and testers in an Agile environment. Your responsibilities will include fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture, defining and managing the team's development processes, and ensuring timely delivery of features and milestones.

You will also be responsible for assisting in resource planning, hiring, and performance evaluations, as well as collaborating closely with product owners and other collaborators to define project requirements and work. Additionally, you will organize and manage Agile sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives, and ensure continuous improvement in team productivity and processes.

  • Lead and manage a team of software developers and testers in an Agile environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

For this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 16 to 18 years of relevant experience in managing and leading a development team using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
  • Expertise in full-stack development, including frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React) and backend development (Web APIs, RESTful services, databases).
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture, development, and standard processes.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Solid experience in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and code collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
