Job Title: Senior Software Development Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Software Development Manager to lead our team of software developers. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and Deliver Software Solutions: Utilize industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions that provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure Code Quality: Collaborate with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay Informed of Industry Trends: Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to our organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and leadership roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET Core, and Java; experience with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving their goals.
