Seeking a skilled Network Administrator to ensure the reliability and security of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Network Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Monitor ISP/DC/DR/MPLS/P2P links hourly/daily and report on availability and utilization.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate network device inventory.
  • Firewall & Security Operations:
    • Manage firewall access for DC/DR/MPLS/Cloud environments.
    • Implement IP whitelisting and block malware IPs as per organizational standards.
    • Review and optimize firewall rule bases.
    • Monitor NIPS/IPS logs and deploy necessary signatures.
  • Device Configuration & Backup:
    • Take and restore backups of critical network devices.
    • Modify VLANs on L2 switches for optimal performance.
    • Reset network device passwords securely.
  • Access & User Management:
    • Deactivate domain IDs and VPN access for users no longer required.
    • Review and report on administrative access levels.
  • Load Balancer Operations:
    • Backup and configure load balancer rules for efficient traffic management.
    • Create new application rules to enhance user experience.
  • Incident & Change Management:
    • Handle Level 1 incidents via email or phone.
    • Prepare and implement relevant change requests.
    • Coordinate with OEMs for troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Cloud & Virtualization Awareness:
    • Understand AWS and Azure firewalls and security measures.
    • Be familiar with ACI/AVS switch installation procedures.
