Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team in a exciting chapter of growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through engagement of customers, cross-selling, upselling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Act as a personal jewlery stylist to the customers and provide recommendations accordingly.
  • Maximize results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), by driving own performance as well as the performance and engagement of the team.
  • Drive business through clienteling, sourcing new customers, and fostering ongoing productive relationships with customers.

Inventory and Retail Space Management
  • Partner with Operations teams to hold successful inventory & cycle counts on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and security protocols.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of stock records, and identify discrepancies if they arise.

Reporting
  • Prepare and share daily stock and sales reports with HQ.
  • Maintain internal SOP and all sales related and inventory related reports.

Brand Ambassador
  • Act as an ambassador of the company's culture and values within and outside the company.
  • Identify opportunities for marketing initiatives to drive new & repeat customers and community engagement at the store level.
