As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead teams in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.

  • Manage multiple feature teams working on various capabilities

You need:

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in developing, designing & scaling complex systems both horizontally & vertically
  • Taken ownership of delivery with focus on consistency, quality, efficiency, and timeliness
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to motivate, coach, and guide teams effectively
  • Strategic Thinking & Planning: Ability to contribute to overall strategic direction

The ideal candidate has a tech background, good understanding of data, metrics, and building models. They should be results-driven, committed, and focused on execution excellence.
