Cloud Data Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Data Integration Specialist to support our data integration and ETL needs.

The ideal consultant will have strong hands-on expertise in designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based data pipelines for ETL and ELT processes, ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Integration and Orchestration: Design, build, and maintain cloud-based data pipelines using Azure services such as Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, SQL Database, and Key Vault.
  • Data Transformation and Mapping: Implement data transformations, mapping, and workflow orchestration using Azure services to ensure smooth, scalable, and secure data flows across multiple sources and destinations.
  • Pipeline Configuration and Optimization: Configure triggers, parameters, and dynamic pipelines in ADF, while collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to meet data requirements.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure security, compliance, and monitoring of pipelines using Azure best practices, providing documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience with cloud-based data integration platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and pipeline design.
  • Familiarity with Azure services such as Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, SQL Database, and Key Vault.
  • Experience in parameterization, linked services, datasets, and integration runtimes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
