Job Opportunity: Divided Shell Preparation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare split shells for explosive filling by utilizing mechanical skills and attention to detail.
  • Disassemble divided shells after cooling in a controlled environment.
  • Remove explosive charge from divided shell, ensuring safe handling practices are followed.
  • Clean parts of divided shells post-explosive charge removal, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Prepare divided shell parts for assembly by inspecting and sorting components.
  • Assemble divided shell for explosive filling, demonstrating expertise in mechanical assembly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, with knowledge of relevant principles and theories.
  • Possess minimum 1-3 years of production experience, with a proven track record of meeting production targets.
  • Demonstrate basics knowledge of 5S and 7 QC Tools, applying these principles to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Experience in Ammunition or related industry is desirable, showcasing adaptability and transferable skills.
