About SCIM Venture Pvt

We are seeking experienced language experts to join our IT Service Desk team, specializing in Portuguese and Italian languages. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 IT support via phone, chat, or self-service for day-to-day technical issues related to internet connectivity, email clients, password resets, printers, and internal applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of technical concepts, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on language proficiency (B2/B1/BA/Advanced Diploma in Portuguese or Italian).
  • Minimum 2-6 years of experience in IT Service Desk roles, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Proven expertise in handling device-related issues, including VPN/Router, Active Directory, printers, and other devices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
