Job Title: Corporate Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic communications plans.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and media content to promote brand awareness and messaging.
  • Coordinate with media outlets, journalists, and influencers for coverage and publicity.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare activity reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Support event planning, press conferences, and promotional activities to engage stakeholders and drive business results.
  • Maintain and update media contact databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications channels and collateral.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, leadership) to align communications strategies and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and messages.
  • Good understanding of corporate communications, media relations, and public affairs.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms, with experience in content creation and graphic design tools a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and creativity in messaging.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Prior experience in corporate communications, PR agency, or media relations is an asset.
