We're seeking a seasoned Senior Data Scientist to lead end-to-end ML projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ML projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay at the forefront of state-of-the-art research in ML and Generative AI, implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive business value.
  • Design, develop, and optimize deep learning and machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to transform insights into scalable products that meet business needs.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and interns, empowering them to grow through impactful projects and hands-on experience.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Data Science/Machine Learning roles, with a strong foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms (Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python and popular frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs), as well as tools like Langchain or LlamaIndex for LLM-based applications.
  • Able to distill theoretical research into production-ready solutions that deliver tangible results.
