Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications in our cloud-based data warehousing solution.

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with strong expertise to oversee project delivery and provide both technical and leadership guidance. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Snowflake Data Warehouse and lead the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Drive decision-making within the team and across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to align application development with organizational objectives.
  • Provide effective solutions to complex technical and project-related challenges.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team expertise.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and influence key technology decisions.

Professional Skills

Required skills include:

  • Strong proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced data querying techniques.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
