World Wide Technology is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics AX consultant to support our enterprise application environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AX modules and be proficient in SQL development.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Dynamics AX system. This includes:

  • Supporting all core Dynamics AX modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, and Projects
  • Debugging existing AX customizations and tracing business logic in X++ and SQL
  • Extracting and transforming data from Microsoft SQL Server
  • Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for reporting and migration
  • Performing pre- and post-validation to ensure data quality

You will work independently to deep dive into concepts after a high-level knowledge transfer. Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation is essential.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later)
  • Strong knowledge of X++ development and AX architecture
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and query optimization
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
