Store Management Professional

A successful Store Manager is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, ensuring seamless store operations, and driving sales growth. Key to this role is maximizing store profitability, while fostering a high-performing team.
This position reports directly to the Area Manager, with Department Managers and Visual Merchandisers as direct reports.
About This Role- Leadership Vision: Develop and implement strategies to secure the best possible experience for customers and colleagues.
- Sales Performance: Analyze and follow up on Store Sales Profit KPIs, taking corrective actions to maximize results through effective store operations and adherence to best practices.
- Talent Development: Delegate tasks effectively, provide constructive feedback, and coach team members to drive individual and team performance.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Recruit, train, develop, and manage succession for your Store.
- Compliance: Ensure health, safety, legal, and security issues are handled in accordance with company standards and local legislation.
- Proven Leadership Skills: High level of trust and integrity, clear vision, goals, and result-driven with a deep interest in development.
- Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
