Logistics Technologist

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Lead to spearhead the development of our tech stack for Last Mile 2.0.

Tech Lead Engineer

• Design and build core systems from scratch, including backend infrastructure, APIs, and orchestration engines.
• Shape architecture decisions that will define our platform for years to come.
• Move fast from pilot to scale, managing complex systems that can handle thousands of users.
• Work across multiple technologies, including Go, Python, Node, AWS, Terraform, Redis, and OSRM.
• Influence technical culture, standards, and early team-building efforts.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5–8 years of experience building and shipping backend systems.
• A strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
• Experience with AWS stack, including EC2, RDS/Postgres, Redis, and networking basics.
• Comfort with DevOps tools, such as Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker, and ECS.
• Bonus points for experience with geospatial systems, real-time platforms, or ML inference integration.
