Job Title: Product Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our product operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of tactical tasks and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project needs and ensure tasks are completed as planned and on schedule.
  • Support the execution of strategic projects by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Organize meetings; prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans and operational records.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and support.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with project and product management tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
