Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to drive digital transformation in complex operational environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with product development and ERP implementation, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. We are looking for someone who can leverage customer and operational data to uncover trends by analyzing customer and platform datasets.

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer and platform datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Business & Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs, pain points, and expected outcomes.
  • Product Ownership: Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage the full lifecycle from concept to MVP to implementation to scale-up.
  • ERP Implementation & Solution Design: Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and related system integrations (SCM, WMS, CRM).
  • Collaboration & Governance: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, communicate roadmaps and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of working in startup environments or dynamic, fast-paced organizations.
