Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant Role

Job Description:

This position involves providing expert-level assistance to clients in leveraging Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM solutions to meet their business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical and functional aspects of these systems, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and map business requirements to Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Fusion modules such as Finance, Procurement, HCM, and SCM.
  • Develop custom reports, data extracts, and extensions using BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, and HDL.
  • Integrate with other applications using SOAP/REST APIs, ADF, and OIC.
  • Manage workflows, security roles, and approval hierarchies.
  • Perform data migration, UAT support, and post-production bug fixes.
  • Create functional and technical design documents, user guides, and training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud as a techno-functional consultant.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more Oracle Fusion modules: ERP (Finance/Procurement), HCM, or SCM.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI/HDL.
  • Experience with data conversion and integration tools (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Strong understanding of functional processes like procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, etc.
