We are seeking an experienced IT Account Manager to manage clients, understand their talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions across the UK & EU.
About the RoleThis is a key position for our business, requiring strong background in IT recruitment and established relationships with MSP partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT recruitment with a delivery team, coaching recruiters and bringing market insights to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Own and grow MSP/client relationships in the UK & EU.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and placement.
- Develop and manage client expectations and timelines, ensuring timely and successful placements.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales or recruitment, preferably within the IT industry or IT recruitment sector.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies and the recruitment market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and meeting recruitment targets.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and develop long-term relationships with clients. You will also have the chance to coach recruiters and bring market insights to clients.
