Job Title: Senior Financial Officer

  • Our team is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Senior Financial Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to collect supplier invoices on time, monitor due dates, and make payments according to agreed credit terms.
  • We require an individual who can effectively manage petty cash accounts, top up prepaid cards, and process employee reimbursement claims in a timely manner.
  • Your key responsibilities will include coordinating with stakeholders for provision inputs, completing provisions for expenses, and accounting for them in our system.
  • As a Senior Financial Officer, you will also be responsible for posting corporate credit card expense entries, ensuring timely payments, and preparing bank reconciliations to verify payments have been received by recipients.
