Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Compliance Director in ensuring the effective functioning of the Global Compliance Program.
  • Conduct risk assessments for direct markets, distributors, and vendors, and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Lead third-party related compliance activities, including assessing due diligence reports and identifying red flags.
  • Support the preparation of local procedures based on global policies and ensure regular communication to applicable employees.
  • Conduct compliance trainings for employees and third parties, and track delivery of training and communications.
  • Conduct site visits and assessments of third parties, and develop corrective actions.
  • Assist in investigations and ensure investigative processes are followed.
  • Monitor local compliance controls and drive timely completion of corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3-4 years of demonstrated experience working in compliance programs within a business.
  • Experience in the field of compliance in the healthcare industry, preferably medical devices.
  • Project management skills and ability to follow through and complete tasks on time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and persuasively in writing.
