Data Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Test Automation Expert. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our data-driven platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, with experience in C# and integration into CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with Snowflake, including SQL queries, stored procedures, and schema validation. Familiarity with ThoughtSpot or similar BI tools is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks in C#, integrating into CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate testing for data pipelines and ETL workflows in Snowflake.
- Validate data models, transformations, and aggregations for accuracy.
- Build reconciliation tests between source systems and Snowflake.
- Test and verify dashboards, reports, and analytics in ThoughtSpot.
- 5+ years of experience in testing.
- Experience as an SDET / Test Engineer with hands-on automation using C#, Playwright, and MSTest.
- Strong knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) for UI automation and controller-based design for API testing.
- Experience embedding test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication skills with experience working in collaborative Agile teams.
- Promote a culture of integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across teams to define strategies, plan sprints, and track data quality metrics.
