Chief Quality Assurance Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a Quality Manager or Analyst who can ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans to guarantee all objectives are met.
- Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
- Identify and resolve defects within the production process.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved.
- Analyze statistical data to inform decision-making.
- Evaluate user expectations during the testing process.
- Develop quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
- Maintain ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Prior experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
