Project Visionary Leader

\

As a Project Visionary Leader, you will be responsible for providing analysis and design models (high-level designs) to guide project direction. You will own the analysis and design model or architecture of a project, ensuring the quality of technical deliverables.

\
  • Develop and implement project timelines and milestones using suitable tools.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met at the project level.
  • Deliver projects within schedule, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and respond promptly to their needs.
  • Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and create contingency plans.
  • Estimate resources required to achieve project goals.
  • Track direct costs of projects.
  • Monitor utilization of resources such as manpower, software, hardware, infrastructure, etc.
  • Execute projects within budget.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoices.
  • Comply with organizational process and quality standards, as well as contractual terms.
  • Adhere to project contractual compliance.
  • Improve processes and ensure adherence to them.
  • Compile project MIS on a periodic basis and review with customers.
  • Enhance team productivity.
  • Assimilate new team members into projects.
  • Retention, development, and career progression of team members.
  • Resolve people issues and improve employee satisfaction within projects.

Requirements

  1. Engineering Graduate/BSc in Computer Science/Information Science or Equivalent.
\

Minimum Experience Required

\
  1. 8 to 10 years of IT experience in Development.

Domain/Functional Skills

  • SDLC understanding.
  • Engineering Concepts (Design and Programming).
  • Design concepts and associated tools.
  • Programming languages and associated tools.
  • Development process and associated tools.
  • MS Office skills (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
