Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the market by identifying and pitching our innovative short-form video services to potential clients.

You will work closely with our team to develop and execute on-ground brand awareness campaigns in high-footfall areas, building strong relationships with clients and driving repeat business. Your ability to communicate our value proposition clearly and effectively, convert leads into long-term customers, and meet monthly conversion targets will be crucial to your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pitch our innovative short-form video services to potential clients
  • Develop and execute on-ground brand awareness campaigns in high-footfall areas
  • Build strong relationships with clients and drive repeat business
  • Communicate our value proposition clearly and effectively
  • Convert leads into long-term customers and meet monthly conversion targets

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales or field marketing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the creative, events, or startup industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred
