Medical Coding Job

About the Role

We are seeking skilled medical coders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy, as well as proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze medical records to extract relevant information for coding purposes.
  • Assign appropriate codes to diagnoses and procedures using standardized coding systems.
  • Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and coding queries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information as per HIPAA regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
  • Proficient in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in coding.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
