About this role

We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead to drive our annual marketing strategy, elevate brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads. This role demands a proactive, innovative, and results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands global market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for client projects across B2B and B2C segments. Craft integrated campaigns spanning SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing, and marketing automation to meet growth objectives.
  • Performance Marketing:
    Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and programmatic networks (Taboola, Outbrain). Manage budgets, track ROI, and refine strategies based on performance insights.
  • SEO & Content Marketing:
    Design and oversee impactful content strategies, including blogs, whitepapers, social media, and thought leadership. Enhance organic reach and lead generation through advanced SEO techniques and tools.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM:
    Oversee CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, Zoho, Brevo) to streamline customer journeys and nurture leads. Ensure data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
    Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of digital marketers, content creators, and designers. Foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Track, measure, and analyze KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console. Present insights and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
    Develop and deliver impactful marketing pitches, proposals, and presentations for business development. Collaborate with CXOs, Directors, and Business Heads to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing, performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, marketing automation, and CRM.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
