Political Campaign Strategy Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Political Campaign Strategy Expert.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing political campaign strategies, managing stakeholder engagements, and working closely with political leaders and organizers at various levels.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent problem-solving, team leadership, client leadership, thought leadership, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the consulting industry and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end campaign strategies
  • Coordinate with campaign teams and manage stakeholder engagements
  • Work closely with political leaders and organizers at constituency, district, state, and national levels
  • Manage evening and weekend work, as well as extensive travel
Requirements:
  • Minimum degree from a Tier 1 academic institution
  • Political consulting or similar experience an added advantage
  • Ability to work, stay, and travel in Guwahati/Sikkim/Tripura/Arunachal Pradesh
  • Candidates with background from north eastern states preferred
  • Context and understanding of Guwahati/Sikkim/Tripura/Arunachal Pradesh region culture, geography, and political landscape a plus
Job Type:

Contractual till December 2025, extendable based on performance.
