Job Title: DevOps Lead

Solytics Partners provides innovative products and services to BFSI and Healthcare firms, leveraging AI/ML and cutting-edge technology to develop next-generation solutions or provide efficient services.

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Lead with extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud platform, CI/CD pipeline tools, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and orchestration.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining robust DevOps pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable DevOps pipelines for complex software systems.
  • Lead automation efforts using IaC tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
  • Optimize CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
  • Ensure seamless containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AKS - Azure Kubernetes Service).
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Establish security best practices within Azure.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to align DevOps practices with business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its core services.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
  • Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration – Docker, Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
  • Experience in implementing monitoring and logging frameworks.
  • Familiarity with source control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos.
  • Understanding of networking, security, and firewall configurations within cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative DevOps culture.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage risk and identify critical dependencies.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
