Job Title:

Cloud Architect Leader

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect to lead customer conversations, architect robust cloud systems, and manage engineering teams for top-notch delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand business pain points, requirements, and challenges.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable cloud solutions (AWS/GCP) with a focus on customer impact.
  • Articulate solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead cloud solution design, implementation, and delivery to meet business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Mentor and lead technical teams, establishing best practices and fostering collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement through proactive identification of technology trends and process optimizations.
  • Enable competency development within the organization through workshops, knowledge sharing, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
  • Expertise in Migrations, Modernizations, Infra-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), containers (Kubernetes/Docker), and DevOps, Security and Observability.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience translating customer business needs into architectural decisions and solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
