Deputy Manager Job Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to lead and enable unit or support function cost review on a monthly basis in comparison to budget and rolling estimate. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving progress and improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading the unit or support function cost review process month by month in comparison to budget and rolling estimate.
  • Analyzing and reviewing yearly budget, rolling forecast, and target setting for EU/support functions.
  • Identifying variances compared to budget and estimate and discussing with EU heads/teams for variances and cost planning.
  • Uploading budgets in relevant tools.
  • Posting provisional journal entries month on month by taking inputs from EU functions.
  • Providing weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports on financial performance for the entire organization and analyzing against budget.
  • Managing Travel MIS along with variance reporting for actual vs budget and latest estimate.
  • Overseeing Finance and Accounts management.
  • Ensuring Revenue Recognition expertise.
  • Maintaining Contract Understanding skills.
  • Developing Budgeting and Forecasting capabilities.
  • Improving Excel efficiency and data analysis.
Requirements:

Candidates must possess CA and MBA qualifications.
