Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the evolution of our logistics technology platform. As Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for shaping the technological foundation and future of our company.

This role offers a unique chance to lead strategic technology initiatives, scale high-performing teams, and deliver impactful digital solutions that drive customer success and market leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.

They will also have technical depth in cloud platforms, system architecture, and full-stack development.

A strong grasp of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership is essential.

The ability to travel globally to meet with development teams, collaborate with executives and meet with large clients is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Defining and articulating a forward-looking technology vision that aligns with long-term product and business goals.

Overseeing full lifecycle product development, from ideation and prototyping through to launch, scale, and iteration.

Making sound architectural and design decisions across multiple technology stacks.

Prioritizing engineering deliverables that balance speed and performance with an unwavering commitment to consistency and reliability of the product at scale.

Building, leading, and mentoring globally distributed teams of engineers, QA professionals, architects, and DevOps specialists.

Fostering a performance culture rooted in innovation, agility, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Evaluating and implementing best-in-class design patterns and development methodologies.

Requirements:

Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems or transportation/supply chain software is highly desirable.

A strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, data engineering, and DevOps automation is highly desirable.

Background in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments where adaptability is key is a plus.
