Job Description

As a Senior Risk Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing independent projects across various operational risk management areas. Your primary goal will be to ensure the effective implementation of our risk management strategies and policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses
  2. Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
  3. Creating and maintaining detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery
  4. Reviewing and verifying existing frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement risk-based controls
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in a financial institution
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
