Job Description

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop comprehensive testing strategies for all aspects of testing.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to create acceptance criteria and test scenarios. Additionally, you will develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios and automation capabilities for various test levels and types.

Designing and optimizing test frameworks, integrating them into deployment pipelines, is also an essential part of this role. You will participate in code reviews to ensure thorough coverage of critical cases.

Monitoring test runs, application errors, and performance metrics is another key responsibility. Facilitating information flow, keeping stakeholders informed, and contributing to defect tracking are also crucial tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of software testing theory, including manual and automated approaches.
  • Proficiency in developing test automation frameworks from scratch and maintaining existing ones.
  • More than 6 years of experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on different testing practices, such as unit, load, endurance, and cross-platform testing.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, Kibana, Grafana, and Bitbucket.
  • Strong understanding of UI testing, REST protocol, and microservice architecture.
  • Expertise in mobile QA engineering requirements, including Espresso, XCUITest, Testrail, Bitrise, and Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of API testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
  • Experience with cloud-based testing platforms, such as BrowserStack.
  • Ability to work effectively in Java, Kotlin, Swift, and other programming languages under a CI/CD pipeline.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in an agile environment, engage in Scrum, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
