Performance Optimization Lead:

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Performance Optimization Lead to oversee the performance of our applications. This role involves analyzing application performance data, identifying trends and bottlenecks, and developing strategies for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze application performance data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement performance optimization strategies for both infrastructure and applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate monitoring tools into the software development lifecycle.
  • Design and implement performance benchmarks, metrics, and reports to track application performance.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for application architecture and design to enhance performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in application performance monitoring.
  • Proven experience as an APM Architect or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Experience in AIOps platforms such as Bigpanda, Splunk, AWS Cloud Watch, Dynatrace, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one or more programming/scripting languages like Python/Java/Groovy.
  • Working knowledge of reporting and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau.
