  • Monitor systems and applications using Dynatrace dashboards to ensure optimal performance. Implement custom monitoring scripts and templates to analyze metrics, logs, and traces for early anomaly detection.
  • Develop end-to-end observability strategies using Dynatrace to maximize system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align observability goals with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot monitoring issues and automate processes to minimize downtime. Integrate Dynatrace with other tools for seamless workflow.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and business teams to fine-tune alerting thresholds and configurations. Develop expertise in containerized environments and related monitoring.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Expertise in Dynatrace (One Agent, AppMon, RUM, and Cloud integrations) and proficiency in creating dashboards, custom queries, and alerts.
  • Hands-on experience with deploying and configuring Dynatrace (One Agent, Synthetic Monitoring) and infrastructure monitoring (servers, databases, networks).
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) and observability tool integration, as well as basic scripting skills for data analysis (Python, SQL).
  • Experience in containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) and related monitoring, plus knowledge of application performance monitoring (APM), logs, and synthetic monitoring.
  • Solid understanding of Linux/Windows systems and networking basics, along with strong skills in automation (Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools).
