Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in the field of Artificial Intelligence, you will be responsible for supporting the development, deployment, and governance of AI and GenAI solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational enablement to drive adoption of AI technologies across the organization.

The Senior AI / GenAi Engineer will contribute to identifying and evaluating innovative AI/GenAI use cases, participate in the development of AI applications, models, and prototypes, and collaborate on functional and process design, scenario mapping, testing, and support planning.

Additionally, you will assist in evaluating LLMs from key market providers and provide technical input, offer advisory support on AI-related technologies and tools, implement and monitor security controls for AI models and data, and ensure AI solutions comply with organizational security standards and policies.

You will also contribute to the creation and delivery of training materials for AI/GenAI tools, support user enablement through tech talks, documentation, and community-building efforts, and help foster a knowledge-sharing culture and community of practice.

Finally, you will provide operational support and maintenance for deployed AI solutions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience applying AI technologies in enterprise solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in AI, or Data Science are advantageous.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
