Job Description:

  • This role involves driving the development of artificial intelligence solutions to meet business needs.

To be effective, you must have a strong understanding of architecture and technical leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading AI development teams, conducting research on best models and solutions, and developing proofs of concept.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and managing AI development teams to deliver scalable and production-ready solutions.
  • Conducting research on best AI models and solutions for integration into existing systems and products.
  • Developing proofs of concept to validate AI-driven capabilities and business value.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with product vision and business strategy.
  • Driving talent acquisition and training to build high-performance teams.
  • Defining AI architecture and technical roadmap ensuring seamless integration into cloud-based platforms and systems.
  • Owning end-to-end lifecycle of AI feature development.
  • Establishing MLOps practices for continuous model training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, ethical AI practices and internal security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics.
  • 5+ years' relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate technical concepts.
